Struggling writer, John, becomes frustrated after quitting his job to pursue writing full time and experiencing a creative block. The stress of failure leads him to a fortuitous meet with an ominous figure named Paul who offers him a deal that assists John with writing the stories of his dreams. However, John soon realizes the consequences of the deal far outweigh the rewards.
